Batman Begins Batarang

This Batarang design is from Batman Begins- which wasn’t half bad- but I still prefer Frank Millers Batman: Year One.
I love the scene of Batman grinding his own Batarangs. I’m pretty sure that The Animated Series had a scene of him grinding Batarangs too… or perhaps it was in a comic…
I’m not sure why, but the image really appeals to me.
Perhaps because it shows a D.I.Y. Batman with skills, instead of a rich guy who just buys everything.

It would be pretty cool to be walking around and suddenly see one of those just sticking out of a telephone pole. Batman was here! Is that just foamcore?
