Become The Buff

I long ago embraced the buff,


but it’s taken me about five years to become the buff.


Mixed up some classic “Buff-Mark Gray”…


covered all that was within reach…


Felt weird. Felt guilty. Felt good.


Like priming a canvas. Or throwing out old photographs and love letters.


Lots of people had things on this wall…


I have done so many things on this wall… some of it predated Blade Diary.


Time for something new.
