This is Big Chip.

He is the first Chip that I ever sewed. His fabric is the exact same as the fabric in my suit.

Here’s the story. I had leftover fabric after making my suit. Lots of it. I shrunk the suit pattern a little, and added the head, closed up the feet and hands, et voila! Lifesize Chip Doll!

His zipper opens up to reveal a secret pocket, good for stashing booze, paint, or other secrets in. Whatever is stashed inside of him becomes his heart- Edward Scissorhands style.

He’s pretty sensitive and weepy when it’s old love letters and photos of ex-girlfriends.

He gets pretty randy and rowdy when it’s porn.
