		<description>I saw something similar that was actually an arcade game. Instead of getting coins back, you got to play a super awesome game. Consequently, teens everywhere picked up trash to try and beat the high score. Productive young people are powered by video games.</description>

		<description>Michigan does this, it works quite well. The lines to get deposits back are usually quite long and if rich people are too lazy to do it, homeless people tend to become trash-picker-uppers. Its a neat idea for sure.</description>
