FlyerPlanterboxes!
3 big, completely empty flyerboxes- sitting in a row
These 3 are of a certain type of flyer box. The Other Type. Their kind have a metal sheet that divides the interior space vertically in two, so the planter boxes had to be built to accommodate that sheet. Hence the slot in the back of the planter box.
There’s a story behind this one.
While transporting it VIA longboard, I took a spill. The huge bag I had bundled the planter in ran under my front wheels and abruptly jammed them up. Everything went flying forwards- there was earth and flowers and street artists all over the road.
By that point I was close enough to my destination that I decided to scoop up as much soil as possible, replant the flowers, pick myself up and continue on. Even though the accident shook most of the plants of their petals, I think that there is a very good chance they will survive their sudden uprooting and hasty replanting- if less colourfully.
In any case, the location isn’t far from two plant shops, so I’m going to keep an eye on the lil’ skateboarders, and if they don’t pull through their accident, I’m just going to plant fresh, healthy, non-skater flowers in situ.
Hey, so I’m on Twitter now? If you want to know what going on with me RIGHT NOW, and MAYBE YOU DO, you can check it out here.
For example, yesterday I wrote: “Took a bail moving a big planterbox on my longboard. Blood, blossoms, and soil on the asphalt.”
Up to the minute newz.

Are these petunias?
They were my favourite flower when I was a kid. Then I discovered other flowers, and I don’t have a favourite anymore.
The end.

You know what would look nice? Moss. And if you spill it again, it has no petals to lose

will you be watering them? planter boxes always need more water than rain can give them.
