Here’s a fun fact, kids- Graffiti; that is to say, the rather misnomered “Hip Hop Graffiti”, by which I mean, the modern culture of graffiti writing- PREDATES Hip-Hop.

That’s right. Predates. Writing evolved and solidified as a culture all on its own, with writers listening to all sorts of music. Only later did writing get incorporated into hiphop as one of the four elements.

Still, even today, writers are a motley bunch; wearing all sorts of fashions and listening to all sorts of music.

So y’all can write and still listen to your Tchaikovsky, yo.
