Mounted Monday

It’s a Mounted Monday!

Another attempt at branching out from locks.

It didn’t work super well. Brass just takes the engraving so much better than steel.

Hey, are you a Torontonian?

Then you may want to check out these two events:

The first is a show at the AGO: Remix: New Modernities in a Post-Indian World. Seems interesting?

Also, I got an email from Faux Reel. He and Specter will be at a book launch for their last show, A City Renewal Project.

The engraving might not have taken as well but I definitely think you’re onto something with this new branch of your work. I’d say to keep exploring it – if nothing else, metal has a better chance of hanging around for a good stretch.
