Right on! But I don’t think those ads help to defray the cost of fare. Would be better methinks for ad spots to show news/weather/movie showtimes, etc…

I’m of the school of thought that an add is an add is an add and so on and so forth.

Are the adds made to keep public transit more affordable? Yes.
Should we need something like that to fund the PUBLIC transit? No.

It will be a good day when tax dollars dont go to making roads better for drivers to cram into and go toward making safe bike lanes and multi city public transit systems.

I get the idea but I feel like the ads are there in order to keep the bus system affordable for those of us with lower income (unless your bus system already charges riders enough to pay for itself). It seems like the government job agency ads are also a good thing for everyone unless there are some issues with the way they operate. As for the rest, I’ve never been offended enough to care

Anyhow, I typically love all your ad removal campaigns. Just feel like bus ads are not quite so bad as, for instance, those info booth bikini umbrella ads you’ve shown before.
